Bangalore, India has become the heart of IT outsourcing in Asia, especially for large ERP systems based on SAP and Oracle. China, however, has rapidly become the place to go for outsourcing requirements based on emerging technologies, such as Web services, service-oriented architecture, and business intelligence.
